Bret,
     What you'll want to do is this.
When you select 2 partitions in the pop up menu, you'll then want to
VO over to the section that simply saysScroll Area.
Next, you'll want to interact with that.  You'll notice that there's
two unknown sections separated by a horizontal splitter.
These unknown areas represent the 2 new partitions.  In order to
select one of the partitions, you'll want to move the mouse cursor to
the VO cursor by pressing the VO keys + shift and F5.
Once the mouse cursor is on top of it, you'll want to click it by
pressing VO + shift + the spacebar.
Once you do that, you'll be able to edit the information about that
particular partition.  In order to do the other one, you'll just do
the same commands to get the mouse over the other partition.
