Chris, After two days since the debacle of a clean install going back to Yosemite from Capitan, and doing a time machine revert after the clean install debacle, I am very happy to say everything is running great again in Yosemite. I guess moral or the story is before upgrading or downgrading make sure you have those time machine back ups as not even Apple Accessibility seems to have experienced what I did, but thankfully Time Machine saved the day. Now the fun of having to deal with hearing embedded embedded back in mail again.
