Plug the phone into iTunes Transfer all perchesses to iTunes from the phone Back up the phone to iTunes not to the cloud After backing up the phone make a archived backup
Now all that is done; Remove your phone from iTunes just unplug the lighten out of the phone Now turn off the phone Now plug in the phone again Start iTunes if you closed it Now with iTunes running and phone plugged in; Hold down the home button and the power button at the same time and then let up on the power button, but keep the home button down to you hear the new screen red to you on your iTunes Let up on the home gutton and follow the prompts on iTunes for what you want to do.
