Yes to all. It definitely said T-Mobile Wi-Fi before. It is still on, and even 
though there was a button offering to update my emergency address, when I went 
in there, the address was properly filled in. Nonetheless, I hit save and exit 
it. It's still just says T-Mobile, not T-Mobile Wi-Fi. It definitely said 
T-Mobile Wi-Fi previously.
