Hi, Have you tried repairing your BootCamp installation? I wonder if something like that would fix it? I know that it usually works doing something like that just on a regular Windows system sometimes. I’ve had to do that before. Maybe that piece of extra software you are using has some kind of bug or fault in it that know one knows about. Just some things to think about. My thinking, although I could be wrong, is that that piece of software may have damaged your Windows installation somehow accidentally, or maybe it isn’t compatible with that last Yosemite update.
