If you created the "Saved Mail" account at the level of your mac, then you
won't be able to see it via your other devices which have access only to the
folders created at the level of your IMAP account.

The only solution I can think of is to create a new folder but to make sure it
is created at the level of your IMaP account. You do this while Mail is open
on your mac by going to menus, mailboxes, choose new mailbox item, and once the
dialog box opens, you can type in the name of this new folder. To the left of
the folder name field, you can see at which level the folder is being created.
It is a popup menu button so you can choose there at which level or in which
folder you wish the new mailbox to be created. Once you have the new
folder/mailbox, You could move your existing messages or copy them using copy
option from the old folder to the new one. From now on, make sure you move or
save your messages to this new folder.

Hope this will help.
