There are many good podcasts on coolblindtech among others.  Mike Arigo has put 
together some really good stuff from basic voice over to using Fusion.

Another thing you might do is use the manual from Apple and have a PC sit next 
to you that you can read easily and work with the Mac.

The most important thing I can tell you is totally make the transition.  DOn’t 
go half assed and keep reverting to the PC.  You want to commit and it’s like 
learning a language, once you emerse your self it goes that much faster.  I’d 
also be happy to help on list and maybe others have better suggestions.  I’d 
start with the podcasts though, that’s what I did and I haven’t been back to 
windows since.
