If you're running the latest Audio Hijack, add an application block from the input sources list, then add a second one. Now set one to VoiceOver (that'll be for VO sounds), then the other to com.apple.speech. That one you'll have to hit shift-space on the popup list of apps or you won't see the speech you need to capture.
