Yes, this is a bit fiddly.  You’ll have to employ the VO mouse commands to 
route to the label that says “Add or remove” with VO-Command-F5 and then click 
with VO-Shift-Space.  Now you’re in a table listing current and available 
disks; choose the one you want to drop and press Remove.  Repeat until done.  
The backup disks are listed under “Backup disks”.  Use Disk Utility to erase 
any backup disk you no longer use, if you haven’t already, since those will 
have sensitive data on them.
