Hi Chris,

Yes, the iPhone is an option; thanks for the suggestion. I still have to wonder
though if anyone has been successful buying tickets on Amtrak using a Mac. By
the way, the Mac being used is still running Yosemite.

Do you have an IPhone? I hear there is an Amtrack app, which is supposed to be
usable, as a very last resort.

Chris.

Subject: Accessibility of Amtrak Website

Hi All,

Has anyone been successful in purchasing tickets from Amtrak.com? After
entering the information in the “From” and “To” fields, there is a section
titled “Depart” but all VoiceOver says is “Clickable” item and this is where
the date of the travel is to be entered. Unfortunately, I have been
unsuccessful entering date in this field with either VoiceOver or JAWS. If
anyone has been successful dealing with “Clickable items,” the information as
to how this is done would be greatly appreciated.

Mauricio
