This is all good for morale, but my problem still stands. I'm taking this sick Mac to the Apple store, maybe the people there have a USB installer media they can pop in. At least then I'll have a computer, and not a slab of metal with lots of ports and an Apple logo on top. At least it'll be a half-functioning um, post-Jobs Macintosh Computer.
