You can definitely fill in forms with PDF Pen Pro.
Not sure if it works with the product you mention.
In Australia where I am the cost is $181.54 AUD.
Guessing your in the US? if so of course price quoted will be
different.
I use this software all the time to take care of forms for work.
Also great for creating submittable forms as well.
Quite dear but it's honestly the best money I've spent.
