Hello Zoe, I am indeed the Anne who teaches Pages and I’ll contact you privately about that. I’m totally blind myself, but my husband is fully sighted and from your description of your problem, it seems that you’re working with Pages 09 which is much harder for VoiceOver users to manage, and is no longer being updated. Since you have iWork 09, you can get the new versions of Pages Numbers and Keynote free from the Mac Appstore. Cheers,
