Hello Mukesh jain, Your friend's subscription request was denied because she/he failed to put any kind of explanation as to why he/she wants to subscribe to the group.
As we sometimes have spammers attempt to subscribe to the list, if there is not some kind of an explanation, sentence, as to why one wishes to join, the subscription request will most likely be denied. Have your friend send another subscription request, including at least one sentence so that I know that he/she is a real person and not some kind of BOT and I will approve it. I’m fighting a terrible cold so it may take a day or so before I can do so.
