Hello Brandon, I cannot reproduce your problem.
The only time I receive a "mail busy" message is when I land on a thread that contains more than 30 or so messages. Mark From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Brandon A. The only way for me to read emails now is to press enter to open it in a new window.
