Hello Annie, My husband, Archie, has spent weeks on trying to make grade 2 French Braille for the Mac with very little success. He's been able to implement grade 1 Braille for a large number of languages, but grade 2 Braille is a very different story. He thought he was getting somewhere with Leopard, but when Snow Leopard was released, Braille was implemented very differently and he had to start again from scratch.
Unfortunately, he doesn't have much spare time to work on this now, and so far, he seems to be the only person who has implemented Braille in any other language than English for the Mac. If you're interested in grade 1 Danish Braille, you can download the multilingual Braille package from: www.cecimac.org I'm afraid the site is entirely in French but a search for "Braille" should find the download easily enough.
