You can, yeah, but once disabled, how're you gonna re-enable it through
there if you don't have speech to guide you? That would be kind of a chore.

However, sometimes VoiceOver gets muted so it’s a good idea to create a
shortcut in one of the commanders for the commands “Mute Speech Toggle”
