Dear Paul,

Thank you for contacting AssistiveWare support. I'm very sorry we got you into 
so much trouble. Earlier this week we released an update to several of the 
voices. Unfortunately the install process did not went smooth for all users. 
We're investigating the problem. In the meantime we pulled the update and 
reverted to the older version is afternoon. 

User that experience problems with updated voices we advise to choose "download 
and re-install" these voices. If you want to you can uninstall Infovox iVox 
altogether from the Tools menu in the Infovox iVox Voice Manager.
