Actually, that gesture, the three finger quadruple tap, copies last spoken text 
to the clipboard, and not the selected text. A crucial difference.
I am investigating the excess ability item that can "speak selected text" which 
is found under accessibility/speech in settings. But I can't get it to work. I 
have been able to get the "speak screen" item to work fine, but not the 
selection speak. If you want to look at something interesting check that one 
out see if you can get that working. Thanks for your input though
