Currently, the only way I know to do this is via an Apple TV with the latest tvOS. I've emailed Apple about this, and they say they're working on the problem. However, there's not yet a solution. Some movies say they have description right in the title, but now we're seeing some that have descriptions without indicating that at all. Here's hoping this gets fixed soon!
