Okay, Here's the deal. I found a disk which has some mp3 files on it that I want very much to change from mp3 to m4a. Problem is that, for some reason, I'm being denied permition to access these files. No matter what I do in the file info window for either all the files or each seperately, I cannot give myself permition to both read and write. I check the unlock button, enter my Mac password, but I"m still locked out of these files. Is there any way to rescue the situation without having to ask the creater for the originals back?
