Once you have installed the utility and start it you will be presented a blank list of keys. Just tab to the add button and press enter. At that point you will be presented with a list of keys and target mappings. First down arrow to the key you're interested in remapping (right shift for example). Tab past the item that says map to and there will be a list of map to keys. Down arrow to the one to which you want your origin key mapped (insert key in my case) . So at this point you have selected right shift as the origin key and insert key as the target. Tab to the ok button and press enter. Then tab to update registry and press enter. You should get a message that says the registry has been updated, please restart windows. Just restart windows and you're done unless you want to remap other keys.
