The first few words of the note are the note's label, or title. Use a return
symbol to end the title.

IOS 9 introduced a nifty new selection feature. Go to help, general,
accessibility, voiceover, rotor, and find select. Double-tap it to check it.
Now, select is added to the rotor.

Place VO at the beginning of the desired text. Turn the rotor to select. Use
the vertical flick to set the amount (character, word, Etc) and use the right
flick to select by the particular category. Use the left flick to unselect
previously selected text.

When finished selecting, turn the rotor to edit. Use the vertical flick to find
cut or copy. Double-tap to effect the selected text.
