Hello Everyone, Recently, there was a thread concerning how to share the Internet connection from a Mac to a Windows computer.
It got me to thinking about how I share my Mac's internet connection when I travel. I have an old-style USB Verizon Wireless Air Card that I plug in to my MBP when traveling. Then, I create a WiFi hotspot for all of my devices. This comes in handy when staying in a hotel. Verizon has long since offered me the opportunity to upgrade my USB air card for one of its newer wireless air cards but I like the USB form factor as it does not need to be recharged. That is to say, as long as my Mac has power, the air card has power, as well. As with my A T & T Wireless account, my Verizon Wireless account is also grandfathered in on the original unlimited data plan. Anyway, that's how I share my internet connection when traveling.
