The screen reader is Google's own. On ChromeBook, it is called ChromeVox. It is 
quite a rudementary screen reader. I purchased an Acer with 4 GB Ram and 32 GB 
flash storage. I tested a 2 GB ram touch screen ChromeBook last year and found 
the speech kept silencing, requiring unloading and loading ChromeVox 
frequently. The 4 GB model does not have this problem anywhere near as 
frequently. I opted for a touch screen model. Unfortunately, Google has only 
put the most basic of the touch screen commands in ChromeVox. Again, the 
keyboard commands for ChromeVox are rudementary at best. I am hoping it 
receives much attention soon by Google.
