Hi guys. I'm writing this message for a client I'm teaching the Mac to. We're having issues downloading the Nuance voices. She wants to be able to use Samantha on her Mac like she does on her iPhone. We download it from the Voiceover utility but when we try to use it, nothing happens. We tried deleting it from her voices in her library and redownloading it but still it doesn't want to work. She gave me a link to a podcast of some sort to learn how to download the voices but I've done it so many times I don't really need one. Any ideas? Because I'm really stumped at this point.
