Yes, they are in the extras menu drop down for dropbox. Also not finding your 
folders with spotlight makes perfect sense because there are not on your Mac 
hard drive. If they are not synchronized they will not be placed on your Mac. I 
would definitely check those synchronization settings to see that all of your 
dropbox folders are checked.
