Well, depending on how the tool works there is usually a "Pan" setting.
On a mono track it defaults to the middle (equal left and right) but on
a stereo track it defaults to the left being panned full left and the
right is panned full right. So if you can find where the pan setting is
on the right track you might be able to just move it back to middle and
everything will be good.
