Hi all, I believe that there is a popular scanning program for the Mac called Abby Fine Reader Pro. Can this program be bought in the Mac app store? If not, where can I get it? How much is it? How accessible is it and how easy is it to learn? Are there audio tutorials demonstrating it? On a related matter, I am wondering what would be a good scanner that processes images quickly? I have a Panasonic portable scanner that I use for travel and find it takes several seconds to scan a page. I really don’t need anymore for travel since I have the KNFB Reader Mobile on my Iphone. So, I’m in the market for something better. I should say I’m using it with a 2013 MacBook air with the fastest processor for that time. I’m not sure if its the scanner or the MacBook air that causes the slow processing speed. thanks for any input.
