Just wondering if the printer can be seen as a shared device on the network from the windows machine?

You should be able to select the printer from a list, and as long as you have the printer’s drivers installed, be able to use the printer. If your printer is providing its own network services, i.e. it’s a Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection, then, this is between Windows and your printer, and you don’t need help from Bonjour. You should follow whatever instructions came with your printer. And of course, as you’re talking about Windows 10, I’d put some money on compatibility with that OS being either in the works or nonexistent, as that’s not uncommon. You’ll need to figure out whether or not your printer will even work with Win10. -- The following information is important for all members of the Mac Visionaries list.
