Hi, I'm not sure why they picked the word disclosure, but the upshot of it all is, if you check the box you get browsing options in case you want to change the patth without having to type it.
Unchecked the browsing options are hidden or nondisclosed. Checked they are revealed or disclosed. You also see this in tree or table controls sometimes when you can expand or colapse an item to disclose or hide items inside it.
