Tweetlist Pro is wonderful for I O S.
As for the mac, use Syrinx, no, just kidding. Sorry, I couldn't resist.
LOL!
Being totally serious though, there is an app called Night owl, not joking
around. The app was formerally called YoruFukurou.
At least in Night Owl, when sitting on the tweet with the link, simply press
the L key.
I'd also very strongly encourage you to check out the native Twitter app for
the mac. It has very recently become extremely extremely accessible.
Chris.

Subject: How to activate a link in a tweet?
Hi,
I'm very new to Twitter. I see that sometimes links to articles or files
are posted in a tweet. But how do I activate them or copy them using
Voiceover on my mac, iOS? What's the most accessible Twitter app on the
iPhone?
Many thanks,
Andrew
