I only use Amadeus pro to normalize the audio channel. You would lose video if you cut out sections of the audio. Actually you would put the audio and video out of sync as only the audio track would be change the video track would remain the same. About all you can do is insert silence on the audio track and that way keep both audio and video in sync. Again I only use AP to normalize the audio track.
