Seyoon, Ann and all, Cmd+ctrl+space doesn't work either. Ann, by changing languages, I didn't just mean cycling through Voiceover languages in the language rotor. I'm trying to literally change the keyboard layout between languages as the next keyboard button would do on the touch screen.
