I had tried to correct it in voice utility but I still had 3 voices even after I made the changes. I spoke with disability support and they went through and we were able to eliminate 1 of the voices. They consulted with someone who is their expert. They thought there may have been some scripts left behind by our lovely hacker. I had to reset back to default and then make the changes in pitch and rate. I finally only have 1 voice.
