Anyway, I believe one effective way of answering incoming Skype calls in Snow Leopard is to quickly route the keyboard cursor to the VO cursor during the incoming ring tone. Then, you merely tap the [Enter] key to answer the call. While I am sure there is a way to create a custom shortcut key command sequence to do this, currently, I use the standard VO key commands which is VO+Command+F4 or VO+Command+F5.
