Hi, Do you have the track pad commander turned on? You can find it under the vo utility(vo f8), then go down to commanders, pick the track pad tab, and then go through there and set it up as you like.
To turn on track pad commander after you set it up, hit the vo keys and then make the rotor gesture on the track pad itself.
