Because life is an adventure and you only get one shot at it. By all means
contact the dev and try and get things improved (thanks for the email
address), but don’t expect the red carpet to be rolled out. The unfortunate
reality is that, while I’m enjoying 1Password a lot, it is a serious barrier
compared to other accessible apps, and while I’m totally good with
accommodating that to some extent, it’s still something of a disappointment.
Maybe in the future new users won’t find the learning curve quite so steep,
but until then I’d suggest VO users only look into this with full awareness
of the challenges, and be prepared to do some tinkering and experimenting to
see what works and what doesn't.
