I already tested in all kinds of pictures, and no information is given
the description of the picture.
only announces picture image. nothing more.

sighted person, I'm not sure if this will make sense to you, but I will try and describe
in the best way I can. When I first started, Facebook did not have an accessibility
feature for describing photos. All you heard when ever you were looking at Facebook with
a screen reader was, "Photo." Of course, as a blind individual I had no clue
what that picture was of whether it be an object or face up until now. Here we are at
2016. They've now got to wear my voiceover will actually say the following when I come
across a photo.
"Image may contain, 1 person." And if a person is smiling, it will say, "Image may
contain, 1 person smiling." If there are more than one person in a photo, it will specify just
how many people are with in that photo! I'm very pleased with Facebook and their accomplishments,
and I hope Twitter will do the same.
