Command E, with Windows not running. Find the Processors and Memory
button. There you can change how much memory to split between Windows
and OS X.
Do not forget that there is also a menu item for VMware on the menu bar.

Remy, you are not pressing alt tab, you are evidently pressing command tab.
You have to determine which of your keys is actually the alt key in windows.
This will depend on how you have set up your VM. In my case the option key
serves as the alt key in windows, And the command key serves as the windows
logo key.

Ramy,
Suggest you open VMware settings for your Windows VM and explore.
VNware is set up with defaults which of course you can change. The
defaults are just a starting point.

options inside it's preferences? if you have any suggestions please
share.
also, if ii will upgrade to VMware 8, will I lose my windows or not?
Thanks in advance.
