Hello Grant: I agree it would be best to do this from the gmail server end. The problem is that some unwanted messages are still getting through and I don’t know why. That was why I wanted to try using the message rules. I am filling in the fields for either the from address or the offending subject lines. Is there anything else I can do to get rid of these? Jean
