George, if you are able too get to an Apple store, go and try them all and see what works for you. I bought a 6S plus because I like the Braille input apps . With the larger phone I feel my hands are in a more natural position to enter Braille. I know this is not what you asked about, but I also like the longer battery life and I think music has a better sound.
Having said that, there is no substitute for trying them all out yourself.
