Of course it's possible to map the Jaws or NVDA modifier key to the caps lock 
key using Sharkeys. You just simply do what you did to map it to the right all 
except select caps lock instead of right alt. Careful using Sharkeys Remy, if 
you're not sure what you're doing you can really mess up your keyboard 
mappings. Don't forget you can always erase your mappings and reset it to 
normal by deleting the list of remaps in Sharkeys and then going head and 
updating like that. That will restore your key maps to the original windows 
mappings.
Another viable option for creating a Jaws or NVDA modifier key is by using the 
key remap feature in VM itself. I'm not going to going to explaining how it's 
done, but you can map the accent key for example to the insert key and then use 
the accent key in Jaws or in NVDA.
