Note that the article is from over a year ago so the information could 
be stale. Since Opera and Webkit both seem to have Voiceover support 
working to various extents, it's not clear as to exactly why Firefox 
can't get it to work without Apple making some changes. Sounds like FF 
did something in a different way and they don't want to change. I 
thought I had found an article saying they were moving forward but I was 
unable to dig it up.
