Hello, Yes that is precisely what I am afraid of. (for claritys sake, I live in 
the Netherlandsnot belgium but we are border countries).
I very much like making my own choices, thank you very much.
I paid this first mac myself because it was rathe rexperimental on my part but 
I would love for further high school or university students in nl to be able to 
et a mac, if they are blind of course. Like they can now get a toshiba with hal 
and a bc640 braille display for instance.
