Hi Michelle, Setting up windows in fusion is quite simple really.
Just follow the wizard when you setup the OS vm. It should ask you for everything it will need, Serial number for the OS being installed, Name of the user Type of Operating system you are installing Drive size you want. Once it has finished setting up you can then start running narrator to install your preferred screan reader or you can if you know what you need to do, install your pref screanreader first. I use Jaws on my vms so I use narrator to download or get the jaws installer and then run that when required. Hope this helps.
