Hi Ramy, You can reset the admin password by doing the following.
Turn your machine off totally. On your keyboard hold down the command key and letter R and while holding those down turn on the mac mini still holding thos keys down. Keep holding them.until approximately 30 seconds after the chimes T hen let them go. This hopefully should put you in to the recovery console You can once the machine is started which by the way wont give you voice over running, but give it a few minutes and then press the command and f5 keys to turn on voiceover, Remember in this mode VO is in a very basic voice but enough to use Once vo is running press the VO keys and M to bring up the menus and scrole along to the utilities menu and scrole down to password reset or reset password. If that isn't there then open the terminal and type in resetpassword and hit enter. This then gives you a window with your username options and password reset settings. Hopefully from this point things will be clear. Good luck.
