I messed up some important files on my iPhone and want to restore to a previous state. I have iCloud backup turned on and have a backup shown from yesterday, which is what I want truster to. How do I go about this? I believe I need to reset to erase all data and settings from within Settings/general/reset, and then restore the phone from most recent backup. Is that the case? I assume that after resetting , I have an option to restore from iCloud backup or factory default, and of course, I would choose iCloud backup. Am I right here? Don’t want to screw things up anymore than I already have.
