Since going from Yosemite to El Cap, I find that connecting to my
Bluetooth headset very unreliable and I must fight with it such as
turning VO off and on. Did El Cao in fact introduce this anomaly? Used
to be I could turn on the headset, boot the Mac, and when the OS started
up, I would hear it. Maybe something needs tweaking? Yes, I have the
option to have VO speak at login.
