The watch can WiFi call but unfortunately it’s only when the phone is unavailable, if the phone is available it uses bluetooth. And as usual, I’m right there with you I would like to see more use of the WiFi in general for the link instead of bluetooth. Even as much as bt has improved WiFi is preferable in a lot of ways.
